Today, we experimented with exposure and monochrome! We learned about shooting in manual mode, the f-stop and adjusting the shutter. When adjusting the shutter, you can control the amount of time it takes for it to open and close, exposing light onto the film in the camera.
The f-stop or aperture, is the size of the hole in the lens, it determines just how much light you want on the picture.
